Agent Event Intelligence, Inc. ("AGENT," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website agentei.app. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information when you visit our site or submit your email address to our early access waitlist.
What We Collect
The only personal information we collect is your email address, submitted voluntarily through the early access request form on our website. We do not collect your name, phone number, company name, payment information, location, or any other personal data unless you provide it directly in correspondence with us.
We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, referring URL) through our hosting provider. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when AGENT launches or when early access becomes available. We will not email you for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We do not use your email address for advertising, retargeting, third-party promotions, or any automated marketing sequences beyond the launch notification you signed up for.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Your email address is used solely to contact you about AGENT.
How We Store Your Information
Email addresses submitted through our waitlist form are stored securely through our form processing provider (Web3Forms). We retain your email address until you request deletion or until AGENT launches and the waitlist is no longer active.
Your Rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at bryan@agentei.app. We will respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so the opt-out right is not applicable here.
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set functional cookies required for the site to operate correctly. We do not use analytics platforms that set persistent tracking cookies.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We have selected service providers that handle data responsibly.
Children's Privacy
Our platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our product and data practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
